Biography
Guillaume Le Gouic serves as Senior Vice President for Power Systems and Digital Power at Schneider Electric, based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. In this role, he leads the delivery of efficient, safe, and sustainable solutions for electrical distribution and digital automation across the United States, with a particular focus on powering the next generation of data center infrastructure and mission-critical environments. As demand for hyperscale computing and AI-driven workloads continues to surge, Guillaume and his teams are at the forefront of ensuring the reliability, resilience, and energy efficiency of the systems that underpin America's most critical digital and industrial operations. Schneider Electric, a global leader in energy management and automation, employs more than 40,000 people in the United States, making it one of the company's largest and most strategic markets worldwide.
A committed member of the French-American Chamber of Commerce of Texas for nearly four years, Guillaume has played a central role in the Chamber's growth and mission. Having previously served as Secretary, where he contributed actively to the organization's governance and strategic coordination, he has now been elected President of the FACC Texas. Throughout his involvement with the Chamber, he has engaged across multiple committees, working to strengthen transatlantic business exchanges and the Franco-American business community in Texas.
With over 18 years at Schneider Electric, Guillaume has built a broad executive profile, having held CFO responsibilities for Mexico and Central America, then for the global Energy & Sustainability division, before leading US Sales Operations across a portfolio exceeding $6 billion. Prior to Schneider Electric, he held consulting roles at Roland Berger and Arthur D. Little. He holds an MSc in Aerospace Engineering from ISAE-Supaéro.
