We are hiring for a fast-scaling sports tech company built on three powerful verticals: Sport & Lifestyle E-Commerce (25+ multilingual shops with 500,000+ products and flagship stores in Paris), Amateur Sports Communities (a social platform powering 50,000+ club websites), and Digital Advertising (leading AdTech solutions). European-based, with double-digit growth and revenues now exceeding €100M, they are seeking a Business Developer to drive its U.S. performance, customer success, and brand development.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Product Development
- Lead the acquisition of major brand partners in the U.S., with a focus on high-profile, strategic labels.
- Identify, approach, and successfully onboard target brands to strengthen Spacefoot’s positioning and product portfolio.
- Negotiate supplier agreements, pricing, and purchasing terms with top-tier partners.
- Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor market trends to expand the product offering and adapt quickly to consumer demand.
Performance Management
- Define and implement KPIs tailored to the U.S. market.
- Track sales revenue, margin, customer acquisition costs, and retention rates.
- Analyze data regularly to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Report performance metrics to the executive team and propose corrective actions.
Profile:
Business Developer with 2+ years of experience in the U.S. market, bringing hands-on expertise in brand acquisition, and performance management. A true door opener and go-getter, combining entrepreneurial drive with strong negotiation and project management skills. Experienced in working with sports brands and lifestyle partners is a plus. Collaborative and adaptable, with expanding experience working across international teams and aligning global strategies with local market execution.
