- Operational Excellence: Manage detailed project plans, travel and venue logistics, site requirements, vendors, budgets, schedules, contingency plans, and participant communications to ensure seamless delivery.
- Sector Intelligence: Research priority sectors, market developments, innovation ecosystems, investment activity, and supply-chain dynamics. Turn insights into mission concepts, concise sector notes, and promotional materials in partnership with Communications, Membership, and Partnerships.
- Relationship Building: Serve as a credible ambassador for FACC Texas and create purposeful, lasting connections among French and American participants, hosts, speakers, and institutional partners.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, international relations, economics, public policy, communications, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Experience: At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience in strategic program management, international business, executive events, business delegations, economic development, consulting, industry associations, or a comparable client-facing environment.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multifaceted projects involving senior stakeholders, fixed deadlines, external partners, budgets, and evolving requirements.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and persuasive materials for senior audiences. Professional fluency in French is a plus.
- Preferred Background: Experience organizing executive missions, trade delegations, industry visits, leadership programs, or corporate engagement initiatives is strongly preferred.
