We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global WorkForce Software Time & Attendance Application Analyst to lead the implementation of Workforce Software Time Management for one of our members, a global energy services company specializing in subsea, onshore, and offshore technologies for oil and gas production.This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a high-impact project that will streamline our operations and enhance efficiency worldwide. Responsibilities
- Subject matter expert for the WorkForce application within the group including best practices, application optimization, overseeing support team, implementations, product roadmaps
- Responsible for gathering requirements, leading workshops and facilitate the communication between stakeholders
- Responsible for end to end design solution documentation for any new implementations or enhancements.
- Responsible for configuring for WorkForce Software (WFS) Suite (Time & Attendance, Integrations, etc.) according to the business requirements using JavaScript, HTML, or other scripting tools
- Handle complex issues including administrative and configuration challenges
- Write complex formulas that leverage mathematical and/or programming skills including business rule calculations
- Perform unit and system testing of configured application and ensure test cases pass as described by the business’ requirements
- Understands the WorkForce Software Product configuration requirements (i.e., correct naming conventions and how this impacts the database, customizing templates, troubleshoot settings, proper sequence of product setting implementation)
- Continuously improve WorkForce Software Product solution skills by staying updated with the latest WorkForce Management Software enhancements
- Maintain WFS Product Suite certifications required
- Organize multiple tasks and prioritize as needed to meet deadlines
- Estimate work effort with accuracy
- Provide status updates with business, and stakeholders on enhancement/implementation status
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate problems to appropriate technical experts/stakeholders
- Help manage business expectations with relevant communication during key stages of the implementation lifecycle
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in WorkForce Software Time & Attendance module (must have completed all required WorkForce certifications (Time Fundamentals (CT101), Time Basic Configuration (CT102), Time Advanced Configuration (CT103), Custom Reports (CT125)) – functional and technical
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience and demonstrated knowledge of SQL and writing simple to moderate queries
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience and demonstrated knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, or other scripting tools
- Experience with working on global implementations
- Experience with HCM functional domain and business processes
- Familiar with aspects of labor laws and how they impact employers and their employees preferred
- Knowledge of HR, Payroll
- Knowledgeable of and understands implementation principles and lifecycle
- Demonstrates technical aptitude to learn quickly and adapts to new circumstances
- Programming experience utilizing Java, C#, C++ or 4GL programming languages
- SQL Report creation experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Degrees in Business Administration, MIS, or Computer Science strongly preferred.
