Our client is a leading AI-powered Content Delivery Platform for Product Knowledge and Technical Documentation. The product captures all technical documentation and transforms it into a smart knowledge hub that delivers personalized content experiences across all digital channels.
They are looking for a Solution Expert / Pre-Sales to join their team and drive strategic growth.
Your Role
Serving as a trusted technical advisor, using your expertise in enterprise SaaS, content ecosystems, and technical documentation to diagnose client challenges and architect pragmatic, tailored solutions. You’ll then present a clear vision for implementation and professional services.
What You’ll Do
- Lead pre-sales engagements with enterprise prospects
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and pain points
- Deliver compelling demos and solution presentations
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape proposals
- Scope and estimate professional services packages based on client requirements
- Prototype and build proofs-of-concept (POCs) when needed, using a variety of technologies to validate custom requirements. This includes developing scripts, leveraging Web API, manipulating structured content formats like DITA, XML, and JSON.
- Support RFP responses and technical evaluations
- Partner with Account Executives to close deals and onboard clients
- Assess the technical feasibility of complex integrations and custom workflows, and articulate the implementation strategy to prospects and technical teams.
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years in Pre-Sales, solution consulting, or technical sales in SaaS, CCMS or CDP environments, with a strong focus on technical content management and delivery.
- Proven experience scoping and pricing professional services for enterprise clients
- Strong grasp of content delivery platforms, front-end, data integrations, and implementation workflows
- Excellent communication and advisory selling skills—able to translate tech into business value
- Motivated to stays ahead of the curve—proactively keeping up with product updates, new feature releases, and continuously investing in your own learning and professional growth.

- A ‘hacker’s mindset’ and a knack for creative problem-solving. Not just a user of technology, but a builder who can quickly prototype solutions to demonstrate value. Strong technical skills are essential, including proficiency in Web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS), data manipulation (XML, JSON, XSLT, DITA-OT), and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript).
- Aware of specific needs of enterprise solutions (compliance, certifications, security…)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms
