We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fast-growing conversational marketing company that helps brands modernize customer relations through messaging and human-centered support. The solutions combine multi-channel chat tools, a centralized conversational platform, remote advisors who engage and convert customers, and strategic consulting to design smarter brand interactions.

MAN MISSIONS

  • Identify the designated people to build and enrich the database.
  • Prospect, detect needs, identify decision-makers, and convince them to set up a meeting for the Business Developer.
  • Build a pipeline of qualified leads for the Business Developer with clear and relevant data on prospects in the database.

SECONDARY MISSIONS

  • Improve techniques through recordings / new methods
  • Monitor KPIs
  • Identify best practices, successes, and failures for continuous improvement
  • Share information on different markets
  • Stay informed about what is happening in the prospecting market
  • Be attentive to developments in the conversational market
  • Work as a team with the Sales Manager and Business Developer to define a prospecting strategy
