The role

The Sales Development Representative is a motivated and results-driven Sales Hunter who will focus on identifying new business opportunities through cold calling and proactive outreach to build a robust pipeline of leads.

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through research and outreach, including cold calling, networking, and industry events and generate new leads.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the products/services to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Research and qualify potential customers based on the company’s target markets and criteria.
  • Track and manage leads in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Able to work remotely and build relationships…to help save lives!

Profile

  • Proven track record of success in a sales role, particularly in a hunter-style business development capacity.
  • Strong ability to generate leads and close new business.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay positive.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing, logistics or industrial industry is strongly appreciated
