We’re hiring a Sales & Logistics Coordinator, for a global metallurgy leader specializing in high-performance alloys and forged components for aerospace, defense, and energy industries.

Role Overview

As a Sales & Logistics Coordinator, you act as the central link between customers, sales team, and internal departments. You work closely with key industrial accounts, ensuring flawless order execution, commercial follow-up, and proactive customer development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily commercial follow-up of assigned customers in alignment with market strategy.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and coordinate with production, quality, logistics, finance, etc.
  • Collect strategic account intelligence, demand forecasts, competition movements, price evolution, product evolution.
  • Support Sales Managers in the implementation of commercial actions (promotions, destocking, book sorting, pricing updates).
  • Ensure regular and relevant reporting following customer visits
  • Manage the customer order book and participate in BOOTS calls.
  • Update requirement dates line-by-line in the ERP system.
  • Coordinate shipments (documentation, transport liaison, proactive alert in case of deviation).
  • Ensure on-time delivery performance by anticipating and justifying any delays or discrepancies.
  • Monitor customer payment deadlines, anticipate risks, and support overdue recovery actions.

Profile & Competencies

  • Strong commercial appetite and proven experience in a technical / industrial / manufacturing B2B environment.
  • Experience working with complex customer portals.
  • Logistics coordination mindest, detail-oriented, process-driven, operationally disciplined.
  • Excellent client relationship-building skills, ability to create trust remotely.
  • Negotiation, persuasion, and persistence.
  • Strong communicator, excellent written & verbal communication.
  • Strong analytical & synthesis ability.
  • Autonomous, proactive and comfortable interfacing with cross-functional teams.
  • Financial awareness (margin, payment terms, forecast impact).
  • French language is a plus.

Position is remote but candidates must live in Texas.
