We are looking for a new FACC team member (V.I.E) that can embrace the diversity of missions and enjoy serving the variety of businesses of the network.
You will lead and manage several projects designed to meet our members’ needs. By leveraging our strong network, you will develop and enhance our services, build impactful events, implement communication strategies, and contribute to our business development initiatives.
Business Development
- Prospect and secure business missions
- Take the brief, define objectives, KPIs, and planning
- Write and send business proposals
- Manage the business missions under the supervision of the executive team
- Ensure weekly follow-up with members (clients)
- Write and consolidate detailed reports
Project Management
- Monitor and coordinate the various stages of projects (scheduling, deliverables, reporting)
- Contribute to the operational implementation of actions (events, campaigns, member projects)
- Participate in conducting market and business development studies (research, monitoring, industry benchmarks)
- Collect, structure, and analyze data to support decision-making and prepare strategic reports
- Prepare presentation and communication materials for internal and external use
- Collaborate with internal teams and members to ensure successful execution of initiatives
Membership Outreach
- Reach out to new potential members
- Propose relevant services to members
- Create, drive, improve, and oversee all membership programs and industry-specific committees and groups for the organization
Marketing & Events
- Participate in all marketing and events initiatives
- Collaborate with the Business team to ensure a timely and relevant response to members and leads
- Contribute to the visibility and promotion of our programs and services through digital and on-site communication initiatives
