Mayor Eric Johnson Welcomes the FACC Trade Office to Dallas

On December 5, 2022, the French-American Chamber of Commerce (FACC) marked a significant milestone with the official opening of its Trade Office in the Dallas International District. This momentous occasion underscored the growing economic and cultural ties between France and North Texas, reinforcing the FACC’s role as une plateforme de service and le 1er réseau français aux USA.

Strengthening Transatlantic Bonds

The ribbon-cutting ceremony, held at the Prism Center, was a celebration of international partnership. Constance Bost, FACC Executive Director, and Valérie Baraban, Consul General of France in Houston, had the distinct honor of welcoming Dallas Mayor Eric Johnson to inaugurate the new space.

A Gathering of Leaders

The event brought together key figures dedicated to fostering Franco-Texan relations. Alongside Mayor Johnson, Constance Bost, and Consul General Baraban, the ceremony was attended by Deputy Ambassador Aurelie Bonal and Jeanne Phillips, former U.S. Ambassador to the OECD in Paris, who played a pivotal role in bringing the trade office to fruition.
