How to get your tickets?

• Select your number of tickets and go to check out.
• Enter Billing Information. By default,when buying multiple tickets, they will be under your name, and you’ll receive the PDF tickets by email.
• Add Attendee Information (Optional): If you know the names of other attendees, you can manually enter their information. They will receive their QR code tickets directly via email.
• Proceed to payment.
• Receive email confirmation with your ticket details.

Tickets Purchasing Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Ticket Purchase

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged after purchase. All sales are final.

3. Payment

All transactions must be completed in full at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods are credit/debit cards.

4. Event Changes

We reserve the right to change the date, time, or location of the event. If changes occur, we will notify ticket holders via the provided email address.

5. Admission

Your ticket must be presented for entry. It can be presented in physical or digital format. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced.

6. Liability

The event organizers are not responsible for any personal injury or loss of property during the event.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local laws.
